Lauantai Porvoossa ei vielä ollut kevään merkkejä ilmassa, paisti hockey keskusteluissa joissa kevättä /kesää jo odotettiin.
Kevätkokouksen merkeissä hockeyväki tapasi Ravintola Hovissa Porvoossa.
Kevät kokouksessa käsiteltiin sille määrätyt asiat eli hyväksyttin toimintakertomus ja vahvistettiin tilinpäätös vuodelta 2023.
Kokous oli ohi 25 minuutissa ja sitten kokousväellä jäi aikaa vapaaseen keskusteluun, jossa oli aiheina kesän sarjat, Strategia 2022–2026 jonka läpivieminen vaatii jatkossa lujaa ponnistelua. Uuden puheenjohtajan etsiminen syksyn syyskokoukseen laitettiin liikkeelle, kun nykyinen puheenjohtaja Otto-Petteri Ventelä kertoi ettei hae jatkoa syksyn liittokokouksessa joka pidetään syksyllä Hämeenlinnassa. Tässä on meille / jäsenseuroille todellinen haaste kesälle, etsiä jatkaja. Avattiin meneillään olevaa SGG projektia/ Solidarity Through Good Governance / Euroopan komission Europa / Rahoitus- ja tarjousportaalia, jonka vetäjä on Andrew Scholfield, tässä projektissa olemme olleet nyt vuoden mukana useiden pienien Euroopan hockey maiden kanssa.
Sitten siirryimme kokoushuoneesta ravintolasaliin, jossa meitä odotti alkupalat ruokailussa. Nautimme kolmen ruokalajin illallisen 19 hockey ystävän voimin keskustelimme ja palkitsimme indoorkauden parhaat. Indoorkauden parhaita sai äänestää netissä ja ääniä tuli 51 josta parhaat erottui selkeästi. Naisten paras Elena Mäkelä / ABC-Team / 24 % äänistä, tehot sarjassa 9 maalia 9 syöttöä. Miehissä voittaja oli Elmeri Rihtilä / Vantaa HC / 49 % äänistä, tehot sarjassa 13 maalia 8 syöttöä. Onnea Elenalle ja Elmerille jotka esitetyillä tehopisteillä olivat ykkösiä pistepörssissä.

Saturday In Porvoo, there were still no signs of spring in the air, hockey was hot in the conversations where spring/summer was already expected.
As part of the spring meeting, hockey people met at Restaurant Hovi in Porvoo.
At the spring meeting, the matters assigned to it were discussed, i.e. the activity report was approved and the financial statements for 2023 were confirmed.
The meeting was over in 25 minutes and then the meeting people had time for a free discussion, the topics of which were the summer series, the Strategy 2022–2026, the implementation of which will require a lot of effort in the future. The search for a new chairman for the autumn meeting was started when the current chairman Otto-Petteri Ventelä said that he would not apply for a continuation at the autumn union meeting, which will be held in Hämeenlinna in the fall. Here is a real challenge for us / the member clubs for the summer, to find a successor. Then we moved from the meeting room to the restaurant hall, where appetizers awaited us during the meal. We enjoyed a three-course dinner with 19 hockey friends, discussed and awarded the best of the indoor season. You could vote for the best of the indoor season online and there were 51 votes, of which the best stood out clearly. Women's best Elena Mäkelä / ABC-Team / 24% of the votes, 9 goals and 9 assists in the series. In the men's category, the winner was Elmeri Rihtilä / Vantaa HC / 49% of the votes, 13 goals and 8 assists in the series. Congratulations to Elena and Elmer who won the goal score.
